The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The room was good sized with smoke detectors for safety measures, storage, and its own balcony. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for traveling around Pleasanton, really close to the fairgrounds and several good restaurants and shopping options.

There is a young lady who works at the Four Points in Pleasanton, Ca., By the name of Ebony who makes my stay every weekend worth coming back every time.
The management is disgusting. I let them know my husband and I were staying another night and the manager for some reason or another gave a card key to our room to a new check in guest and he entered in my room while I was naked preparing for a bath. I called down to the front desk to inquire what in the hell was going on and the woman who is the manager said to me "well your husband has not made it down to the office yet". Although I had an extended check out for 4 and I spoke to the front desk at 2, to let them know we were staying another night. I did convey this to her and she could care less. So, I waited on the line to see if she was going to apologize and not one time did she mention it. Then, I said, so no apologies at all? I was so fed up I hung up in her face. Finally, Ms. Ebony, the front desk receptionist call our room and she asked was I okay and she gave us a breakfast coupon along with an apology. Thank you ebony for your kindness and professionalism.

The hotel is modern and clean, with helpful and efficient staff. The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance to everything. For tea or coffee, you can visit Specialty's Cafe & Bakery nearby.

A super place to stay. An oasis. As soon as entered the reception, I instantly had a sense of peace . Staff are friendly and helpful. A short walk to the BART train station so easy to get into San Francisco.
The bar shuts at ten o'clock. Far too early.
